The Midland Counties Show has now become one of the most prestigious shows in the Showing Calendar. The provision of permanent surfaces and the facility of indoor arenas, stabling, hard parking, and providing sufficient space, ensures that the show will go ahead whatever the weather.

Following our very successful 2024 show, we were able to support our chosen charities, many of which we support annually. 

For our 2025 show we have a wide range of qualifiers for Horse of the Year Show and the Royal International Horse Show. New for this year from Horse of the Year Show we are delighted to have been awarded the new style M & M Lead Rein qualifiers - the Colne Mountain and Moorland Lead Rein non Welsh Breeds Pony of the Year and the Colne Mountain and Moorland Lead Rein Welsh Breeds Pony of the Year classes.

We have also gained from the Royal International Horse Show the SSADL qualifiers. Other new classes for 2025 include BSPS Young Show Pony and Show Hunter Pony.

As normal we offer a wide range of classes from Tiny Tots to experienced riders which cover many breeds and types. We look forward to welcoming all new competitors and greeting once again those from previous years who continue to support our Show.

We shall endeavour as always to provide a professionally organised show with fair competition and a happy, friendly atmosphere.
