ALL RINGS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED ON THE ALL WEATHER SURFACES AT ARENA UK, WITH RINGS 6 & 7 [IN-HAND CLASSES] BEING HELD IN THE INDOOR ARENA.

OVERNIGHT STABLING IS AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITORS BUT CAN ONLY BE BOOKED DIRECT WITH THE VENUE ON TEL.01476 591569 [between 11am & 4pm]

IF THERE IS ENOUGH DEMAND ELECTRIC ‘HOOK UP’ MAY ALSO BE BOOKED DIRECT [Tel: as above]

PUBLIC CATERING WILL BE SUPPLIED BY ARENA UK.

ALL TRADE STANDS TO BE BOOKED DIRECT WITH ARENA UK

PLEASE CHECK THE PROVISIONAL TIMETABLE, ON THE WEBSITE OR IN YOUR SCHEDULE, CAREFULLY, BEFORE ENTERING CLASSES, AS CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE AND THE RUNNING ORDER ALTERED IN SOME CASES FOR 2012.

All entries for Horse of the Year Show classes MUST be made and sent to Midland Counties Show
On HOYS Official entry forms which will be available to download from the HOYS website, together with the relevant Midland Counties Entry Statement.  A Midland Counties Show copy of this form is provided with the schedule and may be photocopied and used for your entries if necessary. It is the Competitors responsibility to supply all information as requested

WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING ALL OUR PREVIOUS YEARS COMPETITORS ONCE AGAIN AND HOPE THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE SHOW AT THIS NEW VENUE FOR 2012.

WE SHALL ENDEAVOUR AS ALWAYS, TO PROVIDE A WELL RUN SHOW WITH A HAPPY & HELPFUL ATMOSPHERE.
